ANOTHER HOWARD RESIDENT IS DEAD

THIRD DEATH WITHIN A FEW HOURS SADDENS ROLAND COMMUNITY

Special the the Journal.
Roland, Jan. 18--The grim spectre of death stalked int this community for the third time within 48 hours, this morning at 3:00 and took Jordan Sigmund, 38, well known young farmer.

Death is attributed to pneumonia which developed during a three weeks attack of the flu.

Mr. Sigmund, born and raised in the community, lived with his mother, Mrs. Julia Sigmund on a farm 3 1/2 miles south west of Roland.

If is probable that the funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon at Salem church, with Rev. Holen in charge. Interment will be in the Roland cemetery.
