Dorothy L. Perrier-Bunce was born on April 25, 1926 in Sheldahl, Iowa to Fred and Mabel (Estrem) Trumbull. She married John Perrier on July 24, 1949. He died October 16, 1992. She married Fred Bunce on May 5, 2005.

Dorothy worked as a bookkeeper at Midwest Paper for many years and lived her entire life in the Sheldahl and Ames area. She was a member of the Ankeny Baptist Church, where she was very active in the church activities. Dorothy really enjoyed her family and all the family get togethers.

Dorothy died November 25, 2017 at Bethany Manor in Story City at the age of 91.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Fred of Ames; four daughters, Nichon Perrier of Grand Rapids, MI, Nanette (Greg) Gifford Lino Lakes, MN, Noelle (Ron) Burgett of Chariton and Linnae Wilcox of Nampa, ID; a son, Drew (Patricia) Perrier of Nampa, ID; 14 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and a sister, Dolores Sellers of Austin, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John.

Memorial contributions can be made to Ankeny Baptist Church.
