Vold, Douglas G. age 57 of Plymouth, MN formerly of Radcliffe, IA. Preceded in death by is father Grant Vold. Survived by his loving wife Claudia; son Andy and his wife Jennifer(CO); grandson, Tyler(CO); mother Florence (Vold) Hinderacker and husband Rich(Story City); brother Stuart and his wife Mary(Mason City); many loving relatives and friends. Doug was very involved in the Wayzata American Legion Post #118 and held many positions within his post and at the district level. He was an employee of Minnegasco/CenterPoint Energy for over 37 years. Funeral Services were held Wednesday January 19, 2005 at Trinity KLutheran Church, Long Lake, MN. Visitation was at the church the evening before the service with an American Legion Ritual Service at 7pm. Interment with military honor guard provided by the Wayzata American Legion Post #118 followed the service at Lewis Cemetery, Maple Plain, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either Trinity Lutheran Church or Wayzata American Legion Post #118, 949 E. Wayzata Blvd. Wayzata, MN 55391
