Miss Ruby Lynch daughter of Dr. and Mrs. L. J. Lynch of Ames died at Palo Alto, California where she was a student in Standford University. Miss Lynch was a victim of poison from eating a salad from which all the girls were afflicted. She had written her mother that she was recovering a week ago but on Monday came a change for the worse and she died before her mother could reach her side. her remains arrived at Ames Sunday and the funeral was held at 2:30 in the afternoon and was largely attended.
