OBITUARY

Margaret A. Densmore

Miss Margaret A. Densmore died about five o'clock this morning at her home in this city, aged 71 years. She had been ailing through the summer and for the past two weeks her condition had been recognized by her friends as critical. Her trouble was cancer of the stomach, and it made her case hopeless after it became acute. The deceased was a native of Ohio and came to Nevada with the Densmore family in 1869, making their home on the Densmore homestead south east of Nevada. In later years the family removed to town and she and her unmarried sister established their home on 3d avenue south, where all of them have now died. In the last two years she has been joined by her married sister Isabel, Mrs. Calvin Thomas, who and their brother John are now the surviving members of the family.

The funeral will be conducted from the house tomorrow at two-thirty by Rev. Leitch.
