Mrs. Harriet Fish, wife of Joseph Fish died at her home south west of Colo Thursday September 5th after months of intense suffering with Cancer of the liver, which she bore with Christian fortitude and patience. She was a loving and loyal wife, a devoted mother and kind neighbor. She was lovingly called "Aunt Harriet" by a host of relatives and friends who will sorely miss her gentle presence. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, six children: Samuel and Nora (Mrs. Dewey) of Choute, Kan.; Arthur of Denver, Colorago; William and Ora of McCallsburg and Isaac of Colo; over twenty grand children and two great grand children and four brothers: John White of Edison, Nebraska; Silas White of Kansas; Samuel White of Nevada; and Joseph White of Colo; besides numerous other relatives and friends. The children and brothers were all present at the funeral which was held Saturday P. M. at the home, Elder Allerd officiating. Interment was made in the Nevada Cemetery. The sympathy of the whole community is extended to the bereaved family.
