DR. COZZEN DIED VERY SUDDENLY

PIONEER VETERINARIAN AT COLO DIED FROM ATTACK OF HEART TROUBLE

Colo, Nov. 25--J. N. Cozzens, D. V. S., 72, died at his home in Colo Wednesday evening at 5:00 from a sudden heart attack. The death coming so sudden was a great shock to the community.

The funeral of Dr. Cozzens will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 at the Methodist church in Colo, after which interment will be in the Colo cemetery.

Dr. Cozzens has been a resident of Colo where he had been a practicing veterinarian for 68 years, coming here as a boy with his family, and was one of the best known men in the community.

Mrs. Cozzens had been dead for about five years and they leave four sons and two daughters. The sons are Frank Cozzens of Wayland, Mich., William Cozzens of Milledgeville, Mich., Charles Cozzens of Clinton, Alba Cozzens of Colo, while the daughters are Mrs. May Hambly of Colo and Mrs. Elma Rasser of Hollywood, Calif.

Besides these he leaves a sisters Mrs. Sarah E. Campbell of Colo, a half sister, Mrs. Amos Siddal of Laurens, Iowa, two half brothers, Charles and William Cozzens of Colorado and another half brother, Sam Cozzens of Washington.
