Former Slater Man Passes Away at Pery.

Slater, Dec. 2--The sad news came over the wire Saturday morning of the death of Tom C. Peterman of Perry, where he has been chief dispatcher for the Milwaukee for a number of years. He was ill only short time with the "flu." Mrs. Peterman was formerly Miss Olga Ostling of this place. Both Mr. and Mrs. Peterman are well known here and have hosts of friends who will be grieved to learn of his sudden death.
