BABY BOY DIED YESTERDAY

Child of Mr. and Mrs Nate Chapman Passed Away.

Little Edward George, the baby boy of Mr. and Mrs. Nate Chapman died over at the Iowa Sanitarium on Thursday morning at 4:30 and was buried this forenoon at 10:30, after brief services at the grave. The baby, born October 4, was taken ill with influenza when about four weeks of age. This was followed by a case of yellow jaundice which finally developed a number of bad abcesses. These draw so upon the blood of the child that he became very weak and he was taken over to the Iowa Sanitarium where other blood was transfused into his veins in an effort to save him. The parents receive the sympathy of all in the loss of their little fellow. The blow was a doubly sad one to his mother, who was also called upon to mourn the death of her brother, Johnny Taylor, who was buried here yesterday afternoon.
