Death of James Campbell

Jas. Campbell a well known farmer living about five miles north of town, died Friday morning at one o'clock from the effects of cancer. The funeral services were held in the U. B. church Sunday afternoon conducted by J. M. Plumb of Marshalltown. The Woodman took charge from the church and conducted a short service at the grave yard. Mr. Campbell leaves to mourn a wife, two sons Willie and Russell, one daughter, Mrs. Walter Crosby and host of relatives and friends.
