Brenda Kay Eslick was born October 1, 1961 in Vermillion, South Dakota to Gary and Joan (Schmitz) Eslick. Brenda was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a 1979 graduate of Roland-Story High School and Iowa State University in 2003 with a degree in marketing. Brenda was known for her warm heart and friendly smile. She was a very sociable person and really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Brenda passed away April 29, 2017 at Mary Greely Medical Center in Ames at the age of 55.

Brenda is survived by her parents, Gary and Joan Eslick of Story City; her daughter, Tanya (Christopher) Rohloff of Jewell; her son, Jesse (Mandie) Carroll Urbana, Ohio; six grandchildren, Electra, David, Elizabeth, Ruby, Reagan and Jordyn; three brothers, Gary Eslick, Jr. , Brad (Gina) and Brian (Nicole) Eslick all of Story City and a sister, Carmen Goebel of Story City.
She was preceded in death by her infant twins, Tera and Tessa Carroll.
