DEATH OF EMMA RINGHEIM
Advices received today by the home friends of Miss Emma Ringheim state that she died Tuesday at Payette, Idaho, where she has been teaching for the past few months. Not much is know about the matter. She has not been well since she has been out there, and she has been in and out of school. Letters from her last week indicated that she was back in school but not well. Mrs. Ringheim and her son Noah have gone from Long Beach, California, to Payette; and further details will probably have to be waited for until they arrive. Miss Ringheim was woman of fine education, having graduated from the college at Grinnell and spent quite a number of years in Germany.

Advices respecting the remains of the late Emma Ringheim are that they have been shipped from Payette, Idaho, where she died, and are due to arrive here on Saturday night. The funeral therefore will be held at the home of her sister, Mrs. W. P. Fitchpatrick, on Sunday afternoon at half past two, and will be conducted by Rev. J. O. Simon, pastor of the Lutheran church.
Further advices from Long Beach, California, are that on account of the snows in the mountains none of the relatives there went to Idaho, and the friends who have shipped the body east are those whom Miss Ringheim made after she went Payette.

Miss Letta Simmons is over from Perry to attend the funeral of Miss Emma Ringheim. She will return to Perry tomorrow. She reports her aunts, Misses Hannah and Emily Ringheim and Mrs. Livingston, entertaining colds which made the trip to Nevada just now impracticable for them.
