The funeral of Frank C. Foster, the Northwestern's ticket agent at Kelley, was held at Kelley on Wednesday and his burial was at Ames. Mr. Foster had been agent at Kelley for sixteen years and was highly respected. His death on Monday resulted from pneumonia. He leaves a family for whom his painstaking fore thought had provided comfortably.
