Mrs. H. C. Lowrey is apprised of the death of her sister-in-law, the widow of her brother, Mr. Charles Otto, which occurred at Bloomington, Illinois, last Saturday night. Mrs. Otto was in critical condition when Mrs. Lowrey came from Bloomington two weeks ago, her affliction being tuberculosis. The deceased lady visited in Nevada two and a half years ago and left pleasant memories with those who met her here.
