From Nevada Representative January 22, 1909

Fred E. Hansen received telegraphic advice Wednesday evening of the sudden death at Roxbury, Massachusetts, of his younger brother, Henry M. Hansen. No cause of his death is known or surmised. He had last reported himself from Danbury, Connecticut, a couple of weeks ago, and he was then employed by the Standard Oil people, employment not stated, and was feeling finely. He was thirty-one years of age, and his brother, Fred E. was his only near relative. There is a step-mother living in Chicago; but the father died in 1893 and the mother years before that. Fred Hansen left Thursday noon for Chicago to consult the step-mother, and it was then uncertain whether the interment would be in Chicago or here. Later advice this morning states that the funeral will be held at Chicago Saturday with Masonic services.
