Hon. Linus C. Ruth of Hinsdale, Illinois died suddenly July 1st, probably of heart disease. Mr. Ruth was one of the district judges of Illinois and an official of ability and uprightness. He was a brother of C. F. and W. R. Ruth and Mesdames L. Oliver and M. Gretten of Franklin township. These family relatives expect to go on for the funeral which will take place next Sunday. Judge Ruth leaves a wife and three sons to mourn his departure in the midst of years of apparent strength and unquestioned usefulness.
