Miss Bertha Stern, one of the Stern sisters who used to conduct the millinery business in he Bamberger block of this city, died last Friday at the home of her married sister, Mrs. Freda Stern-Bidstrup, at Carrollton, Missouri. She suffered a siege of grip last winter which left her in a decline from which she never rallied. Her home has been with her sister ever since they left Nevada. She was an estimable lady and her death occasions regret with those who knew her.
