DEATH OF MRS. MULVIHILL

Mrs. Thomas Mulvihill died at her home in this city at 1 p. m. of Wednesday, December 18, 1907. Her death was caused by paralysis induced by heart trouble and infirm health for ten or twelve years. Mrs. Mulvihill's maiden name was Ellen Manion. She was born in county Limerick, Ireland in 1838; was married to Thomas Mulvihill in the same county, Aug. 11, 1858. In the later seventies Mr. and Mrs. Mulvihill and family came to America locating first at Bridgeport, Con.; soon after in Illinois; and in 1884 in Story county four or five miles north of Nevada. Their home was continued on the farm until March, 1905, when it was established in its present location on Oak street. Mrs. Mulvihill was a most worthy woman, industrious, kindly, patient, devoted to her church, and in her general walk and conversation an exemplary christian. She is survived by her husband, and also by six mature sons and daughters, namely: Michael, of Northport, Wash.; Thomas Jr., John, Patrick and Anna of Nevada; and Mrs. Mary Burdette living a few miles north of town. An older daughter, Mrs. Delia Jess, died some years ago, but her two daughters, Agnes and Sadie, now grown to young womanhood have always found in the home of their grandparents a sheltering abode. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a. m. in St. Partricks church, Father Nichols conducting the service.
