Death at Story City

Henry Lund, aged about forty years, died Friday, August 26, at Story City. He had long been a sufferer from consumption, yet dropped off suddenly at the last. He was a quiet person, esteemed by those who knew him, and without kindred in this country. His funeral was conducted from St. Petri church on Monday by Rev. Vangsness.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: According to Story County death records, Henry Lund was born 23 May 1867 and died 26 August 1910 in Story City, Story County, Iowa. He was the son of Helge Lund and Mary Flatebo.
