Death of C. S. Knutson

Charles S. Knuton died at the T. O. Heggen home last Wednesday morning after a protracted illness of tuberculosis. Funeral takes place Friday afternoon at the Bethlehem church after which the remains will be taken to Story City, where interment will be made Saturday. Mr. Knutson was born in Hamilton county, Iowa, May 3, 1874, and reached the age of 36 years, 3 months, 14 days. He was a young man of quiet disposition and excellent habits and is universally mourned by a host of relatives and friends.

STORY CITY

The remains of C. S. Knutson who died at Slater last Wednesday morning were brought here Saturday morning. The funeral services were held in the Immanuel church Saturday at one o'clock and the remains were interred in the Olson cemetery north of town.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Charles S. Knutson was buried in the Boe Cemetery near Ellsworth, Iowa referred to above as the "Olson cemetery."
