MAXWELL

William Jones, a long-time resident of this vicinity died last Monday of pneumonia at his home south of Maxwell, aged nearly eighty years. His funeral was conducted at the home Wednesday aforenoon by his former pastor, Rev. L. N. Day of Des Moines, and interment was at Iowa Center. Three daughters, two sons and three grandchildren survive him.
