Mrs. Reinert Sydnes died last week on Thursday at the home of daughter, Mrs. A. A. Johnson. Mrs. Sydnes left her home at Huxley about three months ago to visit her children. Her husband had recently died and she took sick while here and was never able to return to her home. The funeral took place Monday from the Johnson home at Slater and the Lincoln church at Huxley conducted by her pastor Rev. P. O. Wee. She was laid beside her husband in the Lincoln cemetery. She was 78 years of age and leaves four sons and four daughters and many friends to revere the memory of a devout christian woman.
