The funeral of Mrs. William Godby, which was conducted by Rev. O. S. Davis at the United Evangelical church in Iowa Center last Sunday morning, was an occasion of special sadness. Maud Godby was the daughter of of Mr. and Mrs. William Hand, and the death of this young mother, bereaving her husband, her mother and three children, excites the sympathy of the community.
