MAXWELL

The funeral of John Osborn was held Monday afternoon at the family residence in the northeast part of town, and burial was at Peoria. Mr. Osborn was a native of Ohio, a veteran of the civil war, had lived in Iowa since 1870, on a farm near Maxwell the last two years. His wife, a son and daughter survive him. His passing was peaceful.
