Reagan services were held today

Funeral services for Welden Reagan, 82, of Maxwell were held from the Cooper Funeral home chapel in Maxwell today at 2 p.m., the Rev. Stanley Farmer officiating. Burial was in Maxwell cemetery.

Mr. Reagan died Monday at his home. He was a retired railroad man. A lifelong resident of Maxwell, he is one of the last two charter members of the Maxwell Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Louretta; two sons, Dillard Lowe of Nevada and Hansel Lowe of Maxwell; a daughter, Mrs. Eva Thielen, of Maxwell; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mr. Reagan was the last member of the family. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
