Mrs. Johannah Charlson

Mrs. Johannah Charlson died Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. A. Boostrom, two miles south of Nevada. Mrs. Charlson was born in Denmark August 20, 1832. She had been a life long member of the Evangelical Lutheran church. There was a short service this morning at 7:00 o'clock, at the family home, conducted by Rev. Fred Ross Shirck, after which the remains were taken to Vinton, Iowa. Mrs. Boostrom accompanied the body, interment will be tomorrow. Mrs. Charlson leaves eight children, many grandchildren, and a host of friends. For the past few years she has made her home with Mrs. Boostrom.
