Services Thursday in Story City for Carrie M. Larson

STORY CITY -- Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Bethany Manor Chapel at Story City for Carrie M. Larson, 90, who died Monday at Bethany Manor. Rev. William Ostroot will officiate with burial in the Story City Cemetery. The body will lie in state from Wednesday until time of services at Soderstrum-Larson Funeral Home in Story City.

Born July 11, 1886 in McCallsburg, Miss Larson was a registered nurse and worked for the federal government retiring to Story City

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and two sisters-in-law: Mrs G. W. Larson of Rochester, Minn. and Mrs W. R. Larson of Fairmont, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and four sisters.
