NEVADA LOCALS
J. P. Prime passed away at the home of his daughter in Oxford, Nebraska, Saturday and the body was brought to Nevada for burial. The funeral was held at the Sam White home in this city Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. Mr. Prime was born about eighty four years ago in Johnson county, Indiana and came to Ia., in 1864 where he has made his home most of the time since. He was married in Indiana to Martha A. Carr and to this union six children were born all of whom survive the father. The children are William Prime of Oregon, Mrs. Marsh of Ames, Mrs. Adams of Belle Plaine, Mrs. Horton of Oxford, Neb., Carr Prime of Oxford, Neb., and Jas. Prime of Omaha.
