Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Dr. Charles Noty, born January 10, 1927 in Wilcox, Pa., died suddenly in Chicago on April 22, 2016. Army veteran of WW II. The rare fan of the Cubs and the White Sox. Enjoyed world travel, collection of valueless stamps, and Russian classical music. Professor at Roosevelt University for 43 years in the Walter Heller School of Business-he loved and lived to teach. He joins his wife, Wilma and son, Richard; he leaves daughter, Elisabeth, son, Chuck; grandchildren, Leslie and Christopher; friends; colleagues; and cat, Alice.

In his honor, please make a humorous remark today. Private burial will be in Iowa. In lieu of flowers, you might like to make a donation to the VFW, Chicago radio station WFMT, or PAWS Chicago.
