Hugh R. Livingston who was buried with Masonic honor Friday at Cedar Rapids, was the oldest mail clerk in point of service in Iowa. He was assigned to the run on the Northwestern between Cedar Rapids and Omaha in 1877 and served there continuously to the time of his death.
