FRANK FITCH SHOT TO DEATH

FORMER RESIDENT AND SON OF DICK FITCH KILLED AT HOME IN ILLINOIS--NO PARTICULARS

Frank Fitch, son of Dick Fitch of this city was shot to death yesterday at his home at Hallidayboro, Illinois. This message was received by his father here early yesterday afternoon. The message which was from his son's wife merely stated that Frank Fitch had been shot to death and fave no further particulars. Mr. Fitch left for Hallidayboro on No. 6 last evening.

Fitch was born and raised in Story County and had lived in this vicinity the greater part of his life. He moved to Illinois about four or five years ago and his father stated last night that he did not know for sure what occupation he was following. he was forty years old and leaves a wife and one son three years of age. His father stated that he might bring to body back to Nevada for burial but that as he knew none of the particulars of the affair that he would be undecided until he had interviewed his son's immediate family.
