Miss Calista Harsh died at the home of her mother in Newton, Iowa, Oct. 30, 1891, aged a little more than 19 years. She was the daughter of the late Wm. Harsh, was an exemplary member of the Christian church and a most estimable young woman. She will be remembered by some of our readers as one of Story county's teachers some year or more ago. Her funeral services were held at Mitchelville, Sunday, Nov. 1st, and were largely attended by sympathizing relatives and friends.
