In Memoriam.

WHEREAS, It has pleased the Great Architect of this Universe to remove from this imperfect, to that ll perfect, Glorious and Celestial Lodge above where our Supreme Gand Master forever reigns and forever presides, by death, our worthy Brother, C. P. Lyman, Jan'y 29, 1890, A. M. 5650, Therefore,

Resolved: That by the wisdom of the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, Nevada Lodge, No. 99, has been deprived of worthy Brother, the family a true and loving husband, a kind and indulgent father and, the community a quiet and peaceable citizen.

Resolved: That to those of the immediate relatives and friends who are most heart stricken at the loss they have sustained, we have but little o this world's consolation to offer. We can only sincerely, deeply and most affectionately sympathize with them in their affliction and bereavement.

Resolved: That the secretary be instructed to furnish the Nevada REPRESENTATIVE and Watchman with a copy of these resolutions for publication and also furnish the bereaved family with a copy, and that the same be spread on the records fo the Lodge.
