Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Nixon of Pierre, Dakota, recently lost their youngest child. The fact that it was doctored according to the Christian Science method occasioned a good deal of unfavorable press criticism. Later advises, however, clearly show that the criticisms were mostly without foundation. The child was seriously ill and there is no assurance that it would have recovered under the most skillful medical treatment.
