From Nevada Representative November 7, 1888

--Frank Warrick and wife reached Nevada this morning on the 8 A. M. train from Tindall, Dakota, called here by the sudden death of Frank Lockridge.

In the same issue of the paper:

Died.

One of the saddest events in Nevada for a long time was the sudden death yesterday morning of Frank Lockridge. He had shown slight symptoms of heart trouble for some time and Monday suffered severely. Tuesday he ate a hearty breakfast and then being again attacked, he lay down and was dead in a moment. The shock to hsi parents and other relatives is terrible and the fullest sympathy of the community is extended to them. The funeral will be held at the house to-morrow at ten o'clock and will be under the charge of the Knights of Pythias.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Franklin "Frank" Lockridge was the son of William Lockridge and Lydia Ann Letson. Frank J. Warrick (mentioned in the first article) was married to Eliza Jane Lockridge, the sister of the deceased.
