From February 1, 1888

--Patrick Fay, recently one of our meat market men, died Sunday at his home in Jefferson. His malady was bleeding of the lungs. He was well thought of in Nevada.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: In the 1885 Greene County, Iowa census Patrick H. Fahy is listed as a butcher in Jefferson, Iowa, aged 34, born in Kentucky.
