The family of Mr. John Barr of Denver, Colorado, have been deeply bereaved in the death of Mrs. John D. Barr, daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. John Barr, and mother of the twins announced in this paper some two or three months since. Mrs. Barr died April 3d of blood poisoning, after a lingering illness of three months. She leaves a husband, three little children and near relatives to mourn her early death. The many friends, in Story county, of the sorrowing families, extend heartfelt sympathy.
