OBITUARY
DEATH OF CARL ANDERSON
Carl C. Anderson, formerly of Nevada but for the past year or so of Ames, died at his home there Tuesday evening and was buried at Nevada Thursday afternoon. He was between thirty-five and forty years of age and had many friends in this community, where he was well known and favorably regarded. The cause of his death was diabetes, which assumed a critical form on Saturday last and occasioned his death within three days. He leaves a wife and family. His funeral was conducted by Dr. Bunce, and the final rites were by the members of the Woodman and Red Men orders of Ames, both of which orders as well as the order of Pocahontas were represented by delegations that accompanied the body from Ames to the Nevada cemetery.
