BARTON LIVINGSTON DIED LAST NIGHT
YOUNG MAN PASSED AWAY AT HOME OF PARENTS ON J AVENUE
Barton W. Livingston 42, died at the family home 303 J avenue Wednesday evening about 11 o'clock, after an extended illness, during which he had suffered from complications of the portal circulation. He had failed rapidly during the past few days and death came not unexpected.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 at the home, in charge of Dr. J. O. Simon, pastor of Memorial Lutheran church, after which interment will be in the Nevada cemetery.
Barton Warner Livingston was the only son of Frank M. and Bessie Livingston and was born at Cambridge, April 18, 1889. Later the family moved to Perry and there they made their home until about 12 years ago when they moved to Nevada, where he had lived continuously with the exception of a year or so ago spent in California.
He leaves his wife under whose constant and watchful care he had been since his illness became critical; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Livingston, and one sister Miss Adah Livingston. The latter is Dean of Women at Carthage college.
