Death of Mrs. S. M. McCall

Mrs. S. M. McCall, formerly of Story county, but for the past fifteen years of Cedar Falls, died in Texas, March 4th and was buried in Des Moines, March 9th. Mr. and Mrs. McCall went to Texas soon after Christmas hoping the change in climate would be beneficial to Mrs. McCall, but her health continued to fail. As a last resort an operation was performed from which she never rallied. She was a woman of exceptional worth and besides her husband and four daughters, she leaves numerous relatives and a host of friends.
