August 2, 1938 - April 18, 2015

Patricia (Pat) Kellogg died Saturday morning, April 18, 2015, at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa.

Pat lived in Nevada, Iowa, since 1967. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bill “Coach” Kellogg of Nevada; her daughters, Kate (Jeff) Dorman of Independence, Iowa, and Karen (Mark) Kellogg-Youndt of Greenwich, New York; her son, Kip Kellogg (Dana Pinter) of North Liberty, Iowa; and six grandchildren, Abby, Grace, Sophie, Colby, Ainsley and Drew.

Per Pat’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A private memorial will be held for family at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa.
