Jodi Kenoyer Bedore
February 10, 1972 - January 23, 2015

Jodi C. Kenoyer Bedore, 42, passed away Friday January 23, 2015, at Broadlawns Medical Center due to post surgery complications.

Jodi was born in Iowa City, the daughter of John and Joetta (Speed) Kenoyer. She grew up in Cambridge and is a 1990 graduate of Ballard High School. She spent her teen years babysitting for the neighborhood kids and she was a church camp counselor and in her career as a CMA spent many years caring for the elderly. Jodi was known for her kindness, compassion, courage, zest for life and the way she made those she loved feel so special.

On July 9, 2005, she was united in marriage with Robert Bedore. In 2011, Jodi won a Duct Tape Contest. She and Rob were able to take an all-expense paid trip to Cleveland, OH for the annual Duct Tape Festival.

Jodi had a love of crafting and all things Tweety. She had an amazing talent for creating things out of duct tape, pop tabs, spoons, wire, beads, you name it and she could probably make something out of it.

She is survived by her husband Rob; her mother, Jo Flotho, her step-mother, Shari Kenoyer, her sisters, Jerri Levri and Jami Kenoyer, her brother, John (Amanda) Flotho, her grandmothers, Mary Speed and Norma Hubbard, her father-in-law, Mike Bedore Jr, her sister-in-law, Dawn Bedore, her nieces, Kaeli and Annie, Nephews Austin, Zach, Samuel and Linus, her great nephews, Leon and Nikolai, her fur-baby Sky and her dear friend and sister of the heart, Stacy Nading. Many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family.

Jodi was proceeded in death by her father, John Kenoyer; her paternal grandparents, Harvey and Emma Kenoyer; her mother-in-law, Karen Bedore; several aunts; uncles; and cousins.

Visitation with family present will be Friday February 6, 2015, from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday February 7, 2015, at 11 am. Both will be held at the Cambridge United Methodist Church in Cambridge.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jodi Kenoyer Bedore Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank.
