OLESEN, Florence Elizabeth born March 20, 1895, in Castana, Ia., died Jan. 14 in Ames, Ia. She was a member of the Walker Memorial church in Avon Park, Fla. Olesen has lived in Highlands County for 14 years. She served as a Bible instructor with W. K. Smith in 1914 for four years. She is survived by an adopted daughter, Virginia Mittlestadt of Boone, Ia.; and a sister Leola Frances Gilmore of Avon Park.
