Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Jean was born January 2, 1950 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Robert and Elizabeth (Kelly) Baskerville. She married Donald Johnson on September 5, 1992. Jean taught for many years at Ventura, Correctionville, Minburn, Patton Churdan, Nevada, Ames and then at DMACC. She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and taught Faith Formation for many years. Jean enjoyed gardening, crocheting, reading, cross stitching, collecting tins and antiques. She loved her cats, playing cards and watching Iowa State and UNI football and basketball.

Jean Theresa Johnson, 64, of Story City died July 23, 2014 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames.

She is survived by her husband Donald of Story City; a brother, Bob (Jo) Baskerville of Texas; two sisters, Kathleen Baskerville and Mary Baskerville both of Perry; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lisa Blitz.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter and Paul Church Building Fund.
