Funeral Services for Earl Nicola in Kansas City Today

Earl Nicola, yard master at the Great Western yards in Kansas City, Mo., for many years, son of the late Mrs. Bertha Nicola and brother of Mrs. Mattie Riley and Mrs. Royal Briggs, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9 in Kansas City.

Mr. Nicola, who is quite well known here were he had visited frequently, had been in failing health for some time. He was taken to the hospital Sunday, Oct. 5.

Funeral services were held today in Kansas City. In attendance from here are Mr. and Mrs. Royal Briggs of Marshalltown and Grant McIntosh of Ames.

Mr. Nicola is also a brother of Mrs. Mae Deeds of Ottumwa and C. L. Nicola of California.
