Mrs. Michaelian, Former Resident of Ames, Is Dead

Mrs. Murae Florence Michaelian of Ames, died Sunday night in the Illinois Research and Educational hospital in Chicago, after an illness of three months.

Mrs. Michaelian, known here as Murae Brown, taught at Shipley school for about three years before her marriage to Dr. M. B. Michaelian before leaving here for Chicago was connected with the dairy industry department of Iowa State college.

Mrs. Michaeilian was a member of St. John's Episcopal church here and was an active worker in St. Margaret's guild of the church. She was also a member of the Dairy Dames on the campus.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 10:30 a. m. in Marengo. Mrs. Michaelian's former home, with Rev. Harvey Woolverton of St. Paul's church, Des Moines, officiating.
