Theodore James Rhynold Cook was born still on February 3, 2014 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. He is survived by his parents, Nathan Cook and Sabrina Shields-Cook, one brother, Alexander Cook, two sisters, Madelyn and Genevieve Cook, grandparents Pat Shields and Jack and Connie Cook, uncles and aunts Patrick Shields, Mike and Susan (Cook) Moore and David and Michelle Cook, and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Susan Shields, and great-grandparents Thomas and Madelyn Shields, Charles and Vera Cook, Rhynold and Esther Auch, and Beatrice Grubesic.

Stevens Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
