Nevada resident dies Tuesday

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. in the Ryan Funeral Chapel, Nevada, for Mrs. Ralph (Zella) Cessna, 65, who died Tuesday afternoon in the Story County Hospital.

Mrs. Cessna was born Nov. 6, 1898 near Louisville, Ky., to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sloan. She was a resident of Story County the last 45 years and married Ralph Cessna No. 7, 1920 in Nevada. She was member of the Memorial Lutheran Church, Nevada.

Mrs. Cessna was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Surviving are her husband, one sons, Marion R. Cessna, Cedar Falls; one brother, Jack Sloan, Akron, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Emaine Roskopf, Idaho Springs, Colo., and 2 grandsons.

Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery.
