L. D. Lykins died Tuesday

Lloyd D. Lykins, 61, Nevada, died about 3 p.m. Tuesday at Story County Hospital.

Born at Blue Earth, Minn., Mr. Lykins had been a resident of Nevada for 16 years and was owner and proprietor of Lloyd Dry Cleaning, Nevada.

He married Hazel Forsyth at Liberty, Mo., March 19, 1939.

Mr. Lykins is survived by his wife, Hazel, his mother, Mrs. Emer Lykins of Collins; a step-son, Carl Forsyth; three step-granddaughters,; two brothers, Kenneth Lykins, Waterloo, and Stanley Lykins os Story City, and a sister, Mrs. Mildred Williams, Nevada.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada, with burial in Nevada Cemetery.
