Patricia Ann Kepler was born on April 22, 1934 in Webster City, Iowa, to Howard Charles and Beatrice Verona (Cooley) Kepler. She graduated from Webster City High School. She married Gene R. Twedt on June 7, 1952. She lived in the Story City area since 1955. Pat worked 34 years as the City Clerk for Story City. She enjoyed golf and travelling. Most of all, her family was very important.

Patricia Ann Twedt, 79, died on January 8, 2014 at Bethany Manor in Story City, Iowa.

Pat is survived by her children: Gail (David) Sporleder of Story City; Kimberly (Robert) Hatland of Gruver, IA and Bruce (Kathy) Twedt of Story City; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; four sisters: Karen (Don) Burton of Webster City, IA; Ruth (Rudy) Gatti of St. Paul, MN; Roberta (Wayne) Johnson of Webster City, IA and Teddy (Dean) Anderson of Duncombe, IA.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gene on May 8, 1991.
